The Role:
Join an exciting new venture with our client, who is set to open a new store in 2025. They're eager to bring someone on board early to provide thorough training, ensuring you're ready to hit the ground running. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing brand in New Zealand. As a Sales Consultant/Quantifier, you'll be part of a dedicated team committed to understanding each customer's individual needs and attending to every detail. Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll have the chance to express your passion for interiors and design, working closely with clients to bring their ideas to life and drive strong sales.

Skills and Attributes required:
Experienced Sales Consultant and hungry for sales!
Experience with measuring/quoting tiling or flooring is essential
Experience with measuring blinds, curtains and other interior spaces is desirable
A vibrant and energetic personality who is eager to learn & grow mindset
Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
Ability to engage and lead the customer
Passionate about customer care
Collaborative and motivated
Proven ability to deliver work to a high standard
What you will be rewarded with:
Full-time 40-hour roster, Monday to Friday with alternating Saturdays for 4 hours.
Generous hourly rate + uncapped commission, Potential 1st year OTE $75K-$90K plus Kiwisaver (with top earners getting $140k PY)
