You will be passionate about helping customers find their perfect pool, taking warm leads turning them from dreams into reality, and smashing sales targets.ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for the sales process from the first site visit, through to the design process, and the management of the logistics of pool landscaping and then the delivery and sign off of the final product. You'll be a key face of our Company to our customers representing our brand, our vision and our values.Work with landscape designers and internal team members who support the compliance process.Measure up pools on site and walk through the challenges associated with pool design and location with the customer during site visits.You need not worry too much about cold calling or chasing leads; all internal leads and calls will be managed by our experienced Team Leader - Sales who will manage leads and site visit bookings for you.RequirementsInstinctively know what makes customers tick and love going the extra mile for them.Possess exceptional communication skills and be able to connect with them with professionalism and clarity.Have a natural flair for coming up with creative ideas and demonstrate a passion for designing beautiful outdoor spaces; this will give you the edge on the competition.Have proven experience in sales and customer relationship development and management, because you will be responsible for managing relationships for 6 to 12 months from inception to completion of project; so, keeping an eye on the long game is vital.Be a go-getter who is ready for challenges, with a strong drive to get things done.Enjoy hitting and exceeding targets and seeing great results that you know delight the customer!In return, you will receive:A competitive salary - base + commission structureA work vehicle and all tools of the trade you need to be successful (i.e. phone, laptop, marketing collateral)Support from an experienced sales support professionalFull training and supportSome flexibility in hours of work as we recognise you will likely need to visit customers out of hours and on weekends on occasion – so there are "swings and roundabouts" in this role (although it is generally a Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week role)If this role sounds like your next career step and you tick all our boxes, then get in touch with us by phoning Sharon McDonald on 0274036323 or emailing ******, or simply apply online – we would love to hear from you.Please apply through our platform coHired.
