Sales Consultant (BDM) - Inbound & Outbound Business Development Manager – Lead with a Top B2B Brand in New Zealand

We're on the hunt for our next BDM superstar! Someone who lives and breathes B2B sales and has a true "Hunter" mentality but can also get into the nitty gritty of things.
This role is perfect for a sales professional eager to dominate their field by building connections, opening doors (literally!...yes door knocking works very well), and closing deals daily. It is high volume and needs someone very consistent, determined, and passionate about selling across all deal sizes and complexity.

Key activities include:
A core focus on closing and expanding all Inbound leads. Majority are B2B / Govt but does include some residential customers.
Growing existing customers with a range of products.
Building strong connections with decision-makers, facility managers, procurement experts, and more (we're FMANZ sponsors!).
Outbound call programmes, B2B outreach, Key Account development, and yes, effective door-knocking.
Managing a consistent pipeline of meetings and opportunities across both North and South Island locations.
Expect monthly Domestic travel (can be a week at a time) and full support from a seasoned team with proven B2B success systems.
