Overall, a successful car sales consultant is someone who possesses strong interpersonal skills, a passion for cars, a customer-centric approach, and a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work as part of a team! What does this role entail? Manage leads and follow up in CRM system Schedule test drives for customers Maintain vehicle presentation Promote Turners as the preferred business for buying and selling cars Provide valuations for vehicles Collaborate with teammates and business managers to provide an excellent customer service experience Stay positive under pressure Drive to exceed sales targets What do we need from you? The ability to work weekends - this is when the sales really happen!
