Experienced Sales and Service Assistant, Full Time - New Plymouth Sales and Service Assistant - Womenswear Department

Our New Plymouth store is looking for a highly experienced Sales and Service Assistant, with at least 4 years personalized retail selling experience, to join our team.
As a service and selling expert, with retail experience, you'll provide a high level of personalized customer assistance by:
Consulting with customers to help them find product solutions to meet their unique needs
Providing superior assistance in our fitting rooms, including lingerie fittings, outfit styling and fit advice
Providing advice to help customers pull together ideas for their home
As an experienced retailer, you'll be able to work across multiple departments providing product advice to customers
Finally, as the store's selling and service expert, you'll be called upon to coach and support team members new to retail and to lead by example at all times
This role is full time and will involve working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday 8:45am - 7:30pm, Thursday 11:30am - 8:15pm and Sunday 9:45am - 4:15pm.
Our stores can be busy, so we need someone who is energetic, positive and has a can-do attitude.
For this role, you will need:
Four - five years retail experience in a personalized service and selling role
Previous in-store styling/personal shopping experience
