The role: With a national team of 4 reporting in and strong customer relationships already in place, you will lead and enable further opportunities for growth.

You: You're likely an experienced Sales Manager seeking to join a forward thinking business in a national role with great development opportunities and brands, or a Business or National Account Manager with some people management experience, seeking to step up to a more significant role.
You lead with excellent relationship skills and can build/influence high performing teams; you're able to open new ways of working to drive growth, new ideas and channels, and future revenue streams.
You demonstrate superior negotiation/commercial skills and standout customer relationships.
You can develop ideas and processes to help the team maximise call cycles and target business opportunities.
You use analysis and data well to identify gaps and opportunities and set a sales development strategy.
You point to a track record of sales growth in a B2B setting, underpinned by a strong service ethic, great integrity, and follow through.
Well planned and organised, you are innovative, action orientated, and strong with detail and process.
Construction/building sector experience would be valued but is not essential.
