We offer a wide range of affordable, stylish and quality products, and we are passionate about supporting New Zealand handcrafts. We provide a variety of cool gifts, including kiwiana gifts & souvenirs, NZ made wooden products, art prints, jewellery, ceramics, merino clothing, wall arts, toys, quirky gifts, and more.
We are looking for a part-time sales assistant to join our Bayfair Shopping Centre store .
Qualifications & Experience
Retail customer service experience in New Zealand is required.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Greet customers and help them choose products.
Operate cash registers and point-of-sale machines.
Carry out stocktakes and order new stock, price and display stock.
Check delivered stock against orders and ensure it is in good condition.
Keep the retail space tidy and clean, ensuring the shelves are stocked.
Assist with customer purchases, price enquiries, and special orders.
Handle financial transactions including returns and exchanges.
Follow company security policies and procedures to keep the team and customers safe.
Open and close the store.
