Description Provide top notch customer service and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
Identify products required by the customers and order OEM or aftermarket glass to ensure that fitters have the correct glass for the job.
Book in jobs for AANZ glaziers nationwide and allocate the necessary resources for them.
Ensure customer feedback, including complaints, are handled professionally and appropriate action taken to address them in a timely manner.
Experience within the wider Automotive industry will be advantageous but not essential.
A background in customer services or administration.
A 'can do' attitude and calm nature.
Excellent communication, listening, and reasoning skills.
A tight knit team who enjoys what they do.
