Sales and Service Administrator – Manukau

What You'll Do:

Be the bubbly face and voice of the business!
Engage with customers over the phone and in person, addressing inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Process and track orders. Making sure orders are accurately entered and progress is communicated effectively to meet customer expectations.
Scheduling and coordinating sales orders, helping the manufacturing processes to run smoothly.
Assist with administrative tasks and sales.

What We're After:

A resilient person with a strong customer focus, who is self-motivated and results oriented.
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail.
Experience with sales order entry in a busy environment. Experience in a customer service/sales administration role.
Strong communication and excellent customer service skills.
Ability to build lasting relationships and to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Good computer skills using MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel & Word. Great with numbers and accurate order entry. ERP experience is desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

Manukau City, Auckland: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

Certificates 1 - 6 (Required)

Experience:

Sale Service: 2 years (Required)
Administration: 2 years (Required)
