Sales and Reservation Manager – Over The TopOver The Top – the helicopter company is a tourism company operating in Queenstown in the luxury travel sector providing helicopter excursions throughout Fiordland and New Zealand.We are looking for a Sales & Reservation Manager who will drive sales and facilitate reservations, build relationships with our agents and clients while delivering outstanding customer care.Established relationships and proven experience within the New Zealand tourism sector are required for this position. Role specific training will be provided.The successful applicant will thrive in a team environment, have flexibility in their schedule, and confidently share their passion for the local environment.Typical Job Duties & ResponsibilitiesRespond to customer and agent requests, calls & enquiriesFollow up on leads through to a successful resolution.Maintain booking engines, participation memberships and listingsProactively identify opportunities for salesActively participate as a member of the operations, accounts and administration teamCommunication and task updates are expected daily.Core is compliance with OTT policies, SMS and company culture.Required SpecificationsMarket awareness and industry connectionsIT and general office skillsPersonal presentationTask prioritisation in a busy environmentA passion for New Zealand and the local areaWe operate seven days a week, and can be flexible about work schedules.
