Sales And Project Manager

We are looking for a Full Time Sales and Project Manager with great energy to join our team in Auckland South/East specialising in providing an exceptional aluminium joinery solution and service to commercial and residential industries. As the Sales and Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish, including initiating new business, reviewing architectural drawings and specifications to evaluate the scope of work, performing site measurements, and working together with production, logistics, and installation teams for the success of aluminium joinery delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing project rollouts for Commercial and Residential from start to finish, including site measures, production scheduling, and coordination with factories and installers.
Developing and maintaining relationships with new and existing customers, generating sales through various methods like cold calling and trade shows.
Providing competitive price quotes and advising clients on suitable aluminium solutions based on their needs.
Coordinating job orders from inquiry to delivery, including paperwork and logistics, to ensure timely product delivery.
Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support, and achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Skills and Experience:
Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing and installing residential and commercial aluminium windows and doors.
Strong knowledge of glazing energy performance, acoustics, wind loads, bushfire regulations, and Australian Standards.
Preferred sales experience in the building, manufacturing, or aluminium industries.
Ability to work under pressure, multitask, and solve problems.
Proficiency with progress claims, variations, payment certification, and Microsoft Office (V6 knowledge preferred).
Legal eligibility to work full-time in New Zealand.

A base salary plus commission will enable the right person to earn well above average remuneration. Experience will determine the base salary.
