About the Role : Condor Civil is seeking a Receptionist / Sales Support professional to join our team in Lower Hutt. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you'll play a key role in creating a welcoming and professional impression of our company. Your contributions will be essential to keeping the office running smoothly, providing administrative and sales support across the organization. Key Responsibilities : Client Communication : Manage company email inboxes. Answer and direct phone calls; greet and assist visitors. Sales Support : After gaining product knowledge, assist in offering information and sales support to clients. Data Entry : Enter and reconcile contact details and purchase orders in ERP and financial systems. Meeting Management : Prepare meeting and training rooms, including arranging catering and venue bookings; take meeting minutes and notes. Diary Management : Schedule meetings, training sessions, and appointments; book flights, accommodations, and rentals for staff. Office Administration : Support the team with printing documents and other ad hoc admin tasks; order office, stationery, and lunchroom supplies; maintain a tidy kitchen and lunch area; pack small orders and book couriers for deliveries. What will you need to succeed? Proven experience in customer service, receptionist, or front office role. Tech proficiency and ability to learn new software quickly (MS Office, ERP and Financial systems). Experience using office equipment like printers and phone systems. A positive demeanour, professional appearance, and attitude. Strong multi-tasking and time management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and deliver excellent customer service.
