As a key member of our Safety & Wellbeing team, you will provide specialist direction and support aligned with IAG's Safety and Wellbeing policies, procedures, and frameworks.

)Tertiary qualification/s in Work, Health and Safety is essentialProven experience in the development, implementation and delivery of innovative and contemporary safety initiatives as part of an integrated, cohesive safety management systemDemonstrated ability to advise, negotiate and work effectively with key stakeholders, including management, employees, and external agencies/partners on safety issuesExperience in providing trusted technical safety & wellbeing advice, expertise and guidance to all levels of the businessStrong time management, organisational and prioritisation skillsAttention to detail and accurate analytical skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to navigate complex problems and work well under pressure and in emergency response situationsIAG is the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand.
