We foster a positive culture where high performance meets kindness and we provide ample opportunities for career growth and development.This role is a member of our Hospital Senior Leadership Team and will lead and drive improvement and innovation initiatives and projects to ensure a high-quality patient experience and a safe workplace with thriving, highly engaged team members.Leading the Health, Safety & Wellbeing, Learning & Development, Quality and Risk, and Infection Prevention and Control functions within our hospital, this role will have a strong people focus underpinned by the establishment and evolution of a robust set of systems.They will collaborate closely with the General Manager, Clinical Operations Manager, and hospital leadership team to ensure the integration of quality, safety and risk systems, plans, and compliance practices into the SCH operating model and culture.
