About the role GrainCorp is currently seeking a Safety, Health, Environment and People Partner, based at our Hamilton office, to provide advice and coaching for business stakeholders and deliver both the HSE and HR annual plans.
The role will partner with key stakeholders to deliver a high impact employee experience which drives performance outcomes aligned to business strategy.
The responsibilities of the role will include: Partner with key stakeholders to provide considered and fit for purpose advice in areas relating to HSE and HR Provide specialist coaching, support and influence that enables leaders to effectively deliver outcomes Act as a culture and change advocate and drive key initiatives locally Deliver the quarterly people plan for New Zealand and drive the HSE annual plan Ensure HSE and HR systems are maintained as needed About your experience Candidates will hold a formal qualification in either HR, OH&S or environment, with demonstrated HSE and HR experience in an operational environment.
Candidates will also demonstrate: Experience with critical risk management and its implementation Demonstrated understanding and application of employment law & practice with the ability to autonomously manage matters Experience with Enterprise Agreements Ability to lead, coach, engage and influence as well as to establish and maintain effective business relationships at all levels Ready to apply?
