This is a fantastic role that offers you the flexibility to work a combination of days between home and the office with a competitive pay package. Location of work is Auckland.Job DescriptionAs a Roster Coordinator, you will effectively coordinate the administrative function of workforce planning to ensure St John staff are in the right place at the right time. You will work closely with ambulance staff and the leadership team to achieve the goals, and you'll be responsible for ongoing maintenance of database records for daily staff rosters, managing weekly rosters, and administering leave requests.It is a busy and varied role supporting a 24-hour, 7-day operation where no two days are the same. You will juggle meeting the staffing service levels along with the needs of our staff. We are looking for a professional and adaptable administrator/coordinator with a can-do attitude. You may be in or have exposure to a similar scheduling or planning role and are looking for a change, or you may be interested in learning more and giving it a go.
