We are currently looking for a Part-Time Room Attendant who is hands-on and has a keen eye for detail to help us deliver the best Guest Experience! We welcome you to join us in the front row at SO/ Auckland and become a part of Accor's lifestyle brand collective Ennismore!
Job Description
THE ROLE
Clean & service all allocated rooms and public spaces to brand standards
Attention to detail, ensuring our guests arrive into a high level of room cleanliness
Carry out programmed / regular cleaning duties as allocated
Use and clean equipment with care, reporting any defective equipment as set down in procedures manual - adhere to chemical handling and manual handling procedures
Assist with regular equipment stocktaking
Turndown service of rooms - replenish amenities for guest areas
Work with the other departments in the hotel to help deliver the best and most memorable guest experience
Qualifications

Commitment to adhering to health & safety procedures and policies, making sure to foster a safe work environment
High attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional service
A team player who is reliable and committed
Ability to work a rotational roster including weekends
