Crowne Plaza Queenstown is located on the shores of Lake Wakatipu in the heart of New Zealand's South Island. Our 4.5-star hotel is looking for Room Attendants to join our caring and professional team.

A little taste of your day-to-day
Every day is different, but you'll mostly be making sure our rooms and suites are always 'fresh and welcoming' for our guests after a busy day – creating a haven for them to escape and relax in or get a bit of last-minute work done.
Basic duties of the role include vacuuming, mopping, cleaning bathrooms, stripping & making beds, and restocking supplies & amenities in the room. Duties may also include keeping the public areas clean or assisting in the laundry to ensure we have clean linen ready for our rooms.
What we need from you
As this role is quite often the face of the hotel, you must be immaculately presented and provide our signature True Hospitality service to guests.
Prior Housekeeping Experience is preferred but not essential as on-the-job training will be provided.
Ability to lift up to 20kgs & can be on your feet all day long - it is a physical role!
Flexibility to work a range of shift times and days - including weekends and public holidays.
Good English skills preferred, but basic English is acceptable.
Strong sense of reliability and high level of trust to handle guest luggage.
Willingness to assist other team members.
