Crown Law – Wellington Central, North IslandCrown Law provides legal advice and representation services to the Crown in matters affecting the executive government. These matters include judicial review of government actions, constitutional questions including te Tiriti/Treaty of Waitangi issues, the enforcement of criminal law and the protection of revenue. Crown Law also provides leadership to several government networks.We are currently looking for Crown Counsel (ideally with 6+ years post-qualification experience) into our Treaty team, which deals with issues with a Maori/Crown dimension, particularly in the context of te Tiriti o Waitangi/the Treaty of Waitangi.
