You excel at analysing diverse information, identifying trends, and making informed decisions. You know when to dive into complex issues and when to act quickly. You challenge assumptions, meet deadlines, and ensure desired outcomes are achieved. In addition, you can articulate and document comprehensive risk frameworks and policies to ensure clarity and compliance. You also have experience creating and delivering engaging training materials that support staff development and improve organisational effectiveness. As the Risk Manager, you will be responsible for: Overseeing and maintaining risk registers across departments, conducting detailed risk assessments for products, systems, and vendors. Preparing insightful risk reports and analyses for the Chief Financial Risk Officer (CFRO) to keep stakeholders informed. Developing templates for data collection and risk/control mapping. Guiding teams on privacy compliance, ensuring adherence to the Privacy Act. Delivering engaging risk management training to staff and managers. Staying up-to-date with laws, regulations, and standards, and advising on emerging developments. Managing the Third Party Risk Register, performing due diligence, and overseeing Service Level Agreement (SLA) reporting. Engaging with stakeholders to provide support and guidance on risk management best practices.
