In this position, you will take ownership of overseeing and managing our groupwide risk management efforts, fostering a culture of collaboration, growth, and success.Some of your responsibilities will include:Support monitoring and performance against our group-wide strategic risks, reporting to our Risk Committee on both the strategic risks and organisation-wide risks and opportunities.Develop an operational risk framework, to identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks that may impact the organisation's operation, reputation and sustainability goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure risk mitigation plans are in place and regularly reviewed with a view to constant quality improvement.Be a trusted advisor, going beyond expectations to meet customer needs in line with organisational priorities.Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory requirements related to risk management.Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, sector standards and reporting requirements related to risk management.This role is working Monday to Friday with the flexibility to work from both home and the office. Our office is based in Hamilton East.
