Compliance & Risk (Banking & Financial Services)Location: New Plymouth, Auckland, and WellingtonType: Permanent, Full-timeAt TSB, you'll be part of a profit for purpose organisation that empowers and enables you to be your best and make a positive difference for the people you work with and the communities you are part of.About the roleThis role will provide guidance and active support to leaders and business units with understanding, execution, management, and monitoring of TSB's risk policies and standards. As our manager, you will work directly with senior stakeholders and management to understand the risk environment and establish 'right-sized' risk-based maturity uplift plans.Who are you?You will be an excellent communicator facilitating workshops and leading incident management forums. A natural leader and collaborator, you have an eye for the big picture, you are adept at root cause analysis, and you remain calm in sticky situations.You will have the ability to build strong relationships to ensure that business units understand risk management policies and standards that apply to their business unit, systems, and processes and are aware of the requirement to comply.In this role, you can expect to:Develop risk management procedures and guidance to support engagement, enablement, and execution.Deliver specialist risk management services to business units, including the delivery of risk and compliance training.Manage and maintain strong relationships with 2LoA specialist teams.We are looking for candidates who have:5+ years of work experience in the financial services sector.Substantial experience in risk management and compliance.An understanding of risk management and compliance techniques.What's in it for me?At TSB, we're small enough to really care about our customers but big enough to have great rates, innovative products, and digital solutions.
