Your Role and Responsibilities: 5+ Years proven experience in a similar role within construction, rigging, or renewable energy sectors, with relevant qualifications. You will have NZ Qualifications in Rigging. Demonstrated leadership ability, motivating and mentoring teams towards a culture of continuous improvement. In-depth knowledge of rigging standards and regulations. A flexible approach to handle unexpected challenges and provide decisive direction to teams. Commitment to high-quality workmanship. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Aptitude for building robust client relationships. Advanced computer literacy. Strong focus on safety and quality. Possess a full, clean driver's license.
