Our engineering team members span design, analysis, prototyping, testing, manufacturing, assembly and integration, quality control, engineering documentation, and more.WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO:The RF Team Lead – Ground Segment and Operations is responsible for leading a small diverse team of engineers and technicians responsible for:Designing, establishing and maintaining ground stations and related infrastructure.Ensuring mission operational readiness of standard launch vehicle TT&C systems and associated ground stations.YOU'LL BRING THESE QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, majoring in electronics/communications/RF or similar.8+ years of relevant experience.Proven ability to apply fundamental RF knowledge including cascaded device analysis, link analysis, modulation and coding schemes, etc., to the development of real-world RF systems.Experience testing RF modules and systems.Experience operating RF test equipment including VNAs and spectrum analyzers.Experience applying best practice systems engineering processes and developing associated documentation such as requirements specifications, design documents and/or test plans.Knowledge of IP networking.The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines.Effective communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships.If the above sounds like you, apply now!WHAT TO EXPECT:We're on a mission to unlock the potential of space to improve life on Earth, but that's not an easy task.
