This fantastic new role within the People team at Trade Me is shaped specifically for a passionate and experienced consultant to cement their place within the Reward and Performance space in either of our Wellington or Auckland offices.
As our Reward and Performance Consultant, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our people strategy as you'll be responsible for our end-to-end Rem and benefits framework, ensuring that we're paying our people fairly and staying competitive in the market. You also have responsibility for our end-to-end Performance framework ensuring it's simple and easy for leaders and our people to understand.
What You'll Bring: Expertise: A minimum of 3 years experience in a specialist Reward role on top of a solid track record within the generalist HR space; you will need a strong understanding of remuneration, benefits, and performance management and can point to your experience of driving initiatives which have clearly added value previously.
Strategic Mindset: The ability to develop and implement innovative HR strategies that drive business results based on current employment legislation and its application within HR.
Exceptional Communication: Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to influence and engage at all levels. This is a senior role which will see you operating with executives and senior leaders across our business.
