The position could be located in Auckland, Christchurch or Wellington.In this role, you will be responsible for producing high-quality Revit structural drawings for a variety of engineering projects. The role involves working with (rather than for) our engineers to ensure we produce an appropriate design that can be built easily and cost effectively. The approach we take is that both the Revit technician and the engineer work together to produce the design.What you'll be doing:Develop 3D Revit drawingsCollaborate with the engineering team to ensure designs are accurately represented in RevitMaintain project documentation and drawing registersContinuously improve Revit standards and workflows to drive efficiencyWhat we're looking for:Strong proficiency in RevitA degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture or a related fieldExcellent understanding of engineering design principles and construction methodsProven ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary teamStrong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills to liaise with clients and stakeholdersFamiliarity with industry standards and relevant software (e.g. AutoCAD, MS Office)What we offer you:We provide a number of formal and informal activities designed to develop within our practice.
