The opportunity:
As the Revenue Support Officer, you will support our the firm divisions with their engagements and billings, maintain data integrity checks, resolve billing and reporting queries and will work on apermanent part-time basis (25 hours per week).
This is a junior position, where providing quality 'customer' service to our employees and having an analytical mindset will be key for this role.
Day to day you will:
Conduct data integrity checks - running exception reports, reviewing and correcting data integrity issues related to timesheets, clients, opportunities, engagements and billing.
Provide 'customer' service support to our employees, responding to queries and resolving issues relating to billing, reporting, and WIP management
Undertake processes around client integrity checks.
Manage data uploads in internal systems
Manage the Practice Management inbox.
Provide training either in group sessions or 1:1 as required
What you'll bring to our team:
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.
Demonstrated ability to apply practical skills and acquired knowledge to perform tasks requiring a degree of judgment.
Good interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate well with employees who have varying levels of expertise and skills and a real customer driven approach
Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
A proactive individual with initiative, sound judgment, and persistence when addressing potential issues.
Some knowledge of finance processes are helpful but not a requirement for this role.
