What you'll do:
As a Finance Business Partner, you will work closely with our finance, sales, and operations teams to provide valuable financial analysis, strategic guidance, and commercial insights. Your contributions will be instrumental in shaping business strategies, optimising profitability, and ensuring robust financial management.
Financial Analysis & Insights: Deliver detailed financial analysis, forecast accuracy, and insightful commentary to support business objectives.
Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads and senior management, providing financial guidance to drive strategic decisions and performance improvement.
Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring alignment with company goals and identifying risks and opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Monitor financial performance against KPIs, offering proactive recommendations to optimise revenue and manage costs.
Strategic Projects: Support and lead financial elements of strategic projects, including new business cases, cost-saving initiatives, and expansion opportunities.
Reporting & Compliance: Ensure accurate and timely reporting while maintaining compliance with accounting standards and policies.
What you bring:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA/CA qualification preferred).
Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnering.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
Excellent interpersonal skills, with the capability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills.
Analytical and detail-oriented mindset.
Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data.
Proactive and solution-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Fluent in both English and Mandarin (essential)
