This is more than a goal - it's our reason for being.The opportunity:As the Revenue Support Officer, you will support divisions with their engagements and billings, maintain data integrity checks, resolve billing and reporting queries and will work on a permanent part-time basis (25 hours per week).Day to day you will:Undertake processes around client integrity checks.Respond to billing, reporting, and WIP management queries and provide training where required.Maintain system, perform data integrity checks, and manage IBS data uploads.Address errors related to expired or withdrawn SANs.Manage timesheets, including missing timesheets and delegates.Manage the Practice Management inbox.What you'll bring to our team:Demonstrated ability to apply practical skills and acquired knowledge to perform tasks requiring a degree of judgment.Proven experience in executing operational activities within a specific function, while also supporting the implementation of strategic priorities.Exceptional problem-solving and analytical abilities.Strong interpersonal skills, with the capability to effectively interact with colleagues possessing varying levels of expertise and a genuine customer-focused approach.Excellent organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.A proactive individual with initiative, sound judgment, and persistence when addressing potential issues.Proficiency in Excel.Working knowledge of MS Office applications, including Word and PowerPoint.KPMG New Zealand has a summer shutdown period from the 20th December 2024 to the 13th January 2025 (inclusive).
