Through their trusted aggregation services and frictionless user experiences, they are simplifying and enhancing identity verification and fraud prevention across the world.Having completed their Series-A+ fund raise, they are a team of 85 and are seeking exceptional talent to help them in the next stage of their journey.The RoleAs the Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in optimising our revenue operations. You will leverage your extensive hands-on experience from Series A or B companies to implement and manage systems and processes that drive our sales and revenue growth.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the VP of Growth to deliver strategic business objectives.Oversee and optimise the entire sales lifecycle, ensuring seamless operations.Develop and refine GTM strategies, commission structures, and forecasting principles.Manage pre- and post-sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Utilise your expertise in Hubspot to streamline and enhance our sales operations.Play a key role in scaling the business, with the potential to grow and lead a team.In a previous life, you haveProven experience in revenue operations within high-growth startups or scale-ups.Deep understanding of sales processes and systems that drive organizational success.Expertise in GTM strategies, commission structures, and forecasting.Proficiency in Hubspot is highly desirable.Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams.The company offers a generous remuneration package including a base of around $150k + equity.This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney.
