Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging serviceManage demand, forecasting and inventory as it relates to driving revenue opportunity for the group hotelsMaximize room revenues through a thorough understanding of all booking channels, managing inventory and rate accordinglyMonitor transient and group booking pace in order to determine pricing and availability controls for all reservation distribution sourcesMonitor key indicators of hotel performance and third party intelligence sources to identify revenue opportunitiesLiaise with Reservations, Front Office and Sales to ensure the highest level of guest service is maintained while maximizing profitEnsures accurate and timely preparation of analytical reportsPlay an active role in the strategic plan, marketing plan and budgeting processesStay current with industry changes and how it may impact demandPrepare and present weekly analytical reportsFollow departmental policies and proceduresFollow all safety policiesOther duties as assignedQualifications Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plusPrevious relevant work experience is a mustStrong understanding or adaptable training in the use of automated systems, PC and office applications.Highly organized and able to handle multiple priorities under pressure.Ability to work independently, yet respond to internal customers' needsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar role in hospitality.A university degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism managementVisa Requirements
