Job Description THE ROLE Responsible for the day-to-day pricing and inventory management for a portfolio of properties Focus on trend recognition, demand anticipation and opportunity analysis, focusing on short, medium and long term strategies to meet targets Analyse group enquiries and quote in accordance with brand and property strategies Pro-actively maximise room revenues, and RevPAR against RGI targets and comp set performance Create regular room revenue forecasts & annual budgets in conjunction with property GMs & DOR Prepare and conduct Revenue Meetings to identify risks and opportunities and implement strategies to maximise results Prepare and comment on End of Month performance Support the GMs, Director of Revenue and Sales & Marketing teams in the maximization of revenue for the hotels Qualifications THE PERSON 3+ years experience in a revenue role Multi hotel experience preferred, but not essential Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving and exceeding performance targets.
