This position is full time Monday- Friday, based at Lambie Drive. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a leadership position.In this role the Retinal Screening Service Lead will ensure the provision of a high quality systematic screening and grading service to ensure the early detection of sight-threatening diabetic retinopathy and the reduction of blindness. The Retinal Screening Service Lead will be responsible for secondary grading, managing clinical quality in association with the Ophthalmologist and when required will conduct retinal screening. In this senior role, this position will oversee the Screening Team whilst supporting the activities of the Service to ensure that quality standards are adhered to and other targets are met.
