?Job Summary:

PRAMUKHVARSHA LIMITED T/A ST ANDREWS SUPERETTE is on the lookout for a motivated and committed Retail Store Manager to join our team in our store in Rotorua, Bay of Plenty. You will be responsible for the store's operation and will provide excellent customer service. We guarantee a minimum of 30 hours per week with a pay rate from $31.00 – 32.00/hour. You will be required to work as per the roster and be available on weekends and public holidays.

?Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth running of the store.

Control proper inventory levels through the ordering of stock, daily and spot inventory checks, assuring correct receiving and stocking.

Organise regular stock-take/inventory and ensure that products received correspond to orders.

Conduct quality checks of products regularly.

Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store.

Follow training programs to keep store staff informed and knowledgeable of store products, and train staff in proper customer relations skills and sales techniques to maintain a high quality of service to the public.

Be competent in cash handling and preparing daily sales reports, deposit preparation, and change orders.

Responsible for cash security; prepare daily bank deposits and match cash with daily sales summary.

Responsible for pricing the product and ensure the accurate display for the price is made.

Perform all other related duties and responsibilities as apparent or as assigned.

Listen to client feedback/complaints and ensure they are actioned accordingly.

Identify current and future customer requirements.

Introduce methods of improvement and bring about promotional ideas to increase sales.

Monitor actions of staff and customers to ensure that health and safety standards are obeyed.

Ensure prompt, friendly service according to company guidelines.

Ensure compliance of all store operations to all applicable laws and regulations.

Determine product mix, stock levels and service standards.

Responsible for the selection, training and supervision of staff.

?Skills and Experience required:

A Diploma or Degree qualification is required for this role.

2-3 Years of Work experience in a similar role can substitute the qualification.

Ability to work in a Multicultural Environment.

Possess motivational and leadership skills.

Must not be a smoker.

Must not take drugs & be able to pass random tests when required.

Team player and ability to work competently under pressure.

Must be able to work across any shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

Must be a fit, quick thinker, reliable, trustworthy, and self-motivated.

Able to lift weights up to 25kg when required.
