The Job We are on the lookout for an experienced retail Store Manager, who has a passion for interiors. Your responsibilities will include: Sales - having expert product knowledge and being a key go-to for customers. Managing the store - stock levels, liaising with other stores & the warehouse, processing orders, coordinating deliveries, managing IT and the POS system & ensuring the store looks great. Staff management - managing a team of 2-3, full-time and casual staff, including sales & product training and all day to day support. The hours are Mon - Fri 9am - 5pm plus rostered Saturdays (approx every 2nd Sat) 9am - 12.30pm. The store opens in early 2025. We are ready for the right person as soon as we find you! For training you will spend time in the Tauranga, Rotorua and Hamilton stores. The Right Person You'll be a quality salesperson who is passionate about creating great experiences for customers. Your drive and energy will shine and your communication skills and confidence leading a team are key. You'll need to be tech savvy, using point of sales software and Microsoft suite.
