The Role :
We are looking for dynamic and passionate leaders to join us at The Trusts! Our West Liquor and Liquorland Stores are in need of experienced managers to lead high performing teams.
You will be teamed up with highly engaged Sales Professionals and Duty Managers and a supportive Retail Operations Team to help you succeed in the role.

Responsibilities include :
You will be part of the wider Retail Manager team looking after all aspects of retail store operation.
Handling all issues pertaining to the recruitment, development, coaching and mentoring of your team and driving sales, marketing and promotional initiatives.
Responsible for all aspects of stock management, including large-scale stocktakes, ordering and reporting procedures.
Deliver innovative merchandise display and store presentation while adhering to health & safety requirements.
What are we looking for :
Strong passion for delivering world class shopping experience and enhancing customer value.
Experience leading a team and running a store.
Retail professionals who are highly sales driven and logistically minded.
Commercially savvy with proven track record in excelling all business KPIs.
Vested interest in team development with demonstrated success in leading a high performing team.

Our West Liquor Stores are part of West Auckland Trust Services collectively known at The Trusts. There are 22 West Liquor and Village, Wine & Spirits stores, 4 Liquorland's, 8 hospitality venues and The Quality Hotel Lincoln Green.
