You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers by assisting in identifying and purchasing to their needs. You'll ensure procedures are followed whilst maintaining a clean and well-stocked parts store.About you:Given the nature of the role, it is important you are physically fit and have previous sales or customer service experience. You will be punctual and detail-oriented. A basic understanding of automotive parts, engineering, tools, and accessories will benefit you in this role.This role is for you if you also possess the following:Proven experience in sales - automotive and or engineering would be an advantageAbility to inspire othersGenuine team player attitude, constantly looking for ways to improve their own performanceAbility to work autonomously and collaborativelyEfficiency under pressure and ability to work to tight deadlinesStrong interpersonal and communication skills with a pleasant phone mannerExcellent problem-solving abilitiesA full clean drivers license and ability to drive manual vehiclesA forklift license is advantageous TradeZone is one of the fastest growing industrial chains in New Zealand with over 33 outlets nationwide.
