Retail Salesperson

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic individual to join our fast-paced team in Papakura, Auckland, to manage both inward and outward sales.At Rural Direct, we are proudly New Zealand owned with our own manufacturing facilities in Auckland. We are a premium provider to the agricultural and civil sectors, offering a wide range of products, services, and solutions to farmers, contractors, growers, and lifestyle agricultural specialists.What we require:You will be representing the company, so delivering exceptional customer service is key!Must have a New Zealand Work VisaStrong organisational skills for managing incoming stock and outgoing salesA hands-on approach, as this role involves both administrative tasks and physical work (lifting heavy loads will be required)At least 2 years of experience in sales or a similar role (flexibility for the right candidate)Familiarity with the agricultural or civil sector is a plus but not necessaryWe are seeking someone who is proactive, hardworking, and has excellent time managementLast but not least – a good sense of humour!What we can offer you:Comprehensive on-the-job training and developmentForklift licence (if you don't already have one)Career growth and progression opportunities with 7 branches across New Zealand3 weeks annual leave (all public holidays)Time off during Christmas and New Year as we are closedHours:This role is Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm, and some Saturday mornings (excluding long weekends), for a 40-hour week.If this sounds like you, send your cover letter and CV to ******
