Our Tauranga store is looking for an amazing Sales Stylist to provide exceptional service to our customers through a personalized experience and exceptional product knowledge.
At present, our Tauranga store has 2 to 3 shifts available per week, with highlighted availability on Sundays & Mondays, along with flexibility to help cover extended Christmas trading hours, as well as annual leave & sick leave.
Key Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service, creating a memorable experience and understanding our customer needs.
Be innovative and always look for new and better ways of working.
Act as ambassadors of the Taking Shape brand, being confident and stylish.
Build belonging and a community spirit with both team members and customers.
Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and ensure our floors are well stocked to support our customer needs.
Have an affinity with the Taking Shape brand and live, love and breathe our product.
Possess exceptional customer service skills, preferably within a customer-led industry.
Be a self-starter and flexible in line with business needs.
Be bubbly, passionate, and committed, holding a professional stance and high emotional intelligence.
