The role:
We are seeking Casual Retail Sales Assistants at Auckland Airport to deliver an outstanding customer service experience to our customers.
You will also:
Complete customer transactions in a professional and timely manner
Respond to customer queries and complaints in a polite and courteous manner
Ensure floor presentation meets or exceeds brand requirements
Maintain stock and merchandise presentation consistently and in accordance with Company standards
To be successful, you will need:
Strong work ethic and a passion for delivering a great customer experience.
Clear and confident communication skills and impeccable grooming and personal presentation.
Previous experience working in the retail industry is highly desirable, but not essential.
To be flexible to work a variety of shifts including early morning, late nights & weekends.
Valid working rights as well as the ability to obtain and maintain an Aviation Security Identification Card.
Available to work between November 2024 and March 2025.
Thai, Korean, Mandarin and Spanish speakers desirable but not essential.
Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a face-to-face interview on Thursday 14 November at our offices near Auckland Airport.
