Retail Sales Assistant

Tasks include but are not limited to:

Greeting all customers in a friendly and appropriate manner

Assisting customers with product queries

Maintaining an effective knowledge of general product and product history

Labelling goods and ensuring the correct price is displayed

Stocking products on the shelf, storage, and merchandising

Completing all daily store operations

Processing and handling cash with accuracy and diligence

Ensuring store sales and inventories are correctly accounted

Maintaining the cleanliness of the store

Performing any other job responsibility as requested by the store manager

Person Specification:

Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays

Must have 6 months experience in a similar role

Qualification is not necessary

Must be able to work extra hours if required

Pro-active, positive, enthusiastic, energetic, responsible, and friendly

Provide positive, constructive feedback for team members

Passionate about providing great service

Location: Rotorua

Duration: Permanent full-time – 40 hours per week

Wage Rate: $23 - $24 per hour
