Qualifications & experience Experience in either a retail leadership role or a sales/customer focused position You have strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences Great communication, motivation and organisation skills Tasks & responsibilities Day to day running and management of the showroom Oversee retail staff Stock control, ordering and visual merchandising Prioritizing customer service Store administration and ensure compliance with policies and procedures assembly and delivery of stock to customers Managing rosters, recruitment and development Benefits Company Vehicle and Phone Tuesday - Saturday roster Bonus structure Convenient location in Frankton, Queenstown Must be living in and be legally entitled to work in New Zealand - NZ / Aus Citizenship or NZ Permanent Residency.
