Retail Manager

Responsibilities: Manage in planning site operations, and planning and implementing strategies to run the business profitably and efficiently. Coordinate day to day operations and allocate tasks to staff. Increase store sales and profitability by introducing new products, competitive pricing and control in store expenditures. Deal with staff issues, weekly rosters, direct and supervise them. Staff training and mentoring. Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances etc). Assume full responsibility of the site. Minimum Requirements: Must be flexible enough to work on shifts in the evenings/night and over the weekends.
