About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the opening of our new Sheridan Outlet store in Auckland Airport! Our new store will be located in Manawa Bay, 4 Jimmy Ward Cres, Auckland Airport.
The Store Manager will be full-time, requiring work from Tuesday to Saturday. The Assistant Store Manager will be required to work from Sunday to Thursday.
Responsibilities: Lead and inspire your team to achieve budgets, KPIs, and targets. Drive a high-performing team that is committed to providing exceptional customer service. Strong leadership skills, with the ability to coach and develop a team to achieve goals. Maintain store operations including stock management, VM, and rostering.
