About the Role We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Store Manager & Assistant Store Manager to join the team at the opening of our new Bras N Things store in Auckland Airport! Our new store will be located in Manawa Bay, 4 Leonard Isitt Drive. The Store Manager will be full-time, requiring work Tuesday - Saturday, while the Assistant Store Manager will work Sunday - Thursday.
Responsibilities: Leading by example to drive exceptional customer experiences and help deliver on team budgets and KPIs. Succession planning your team to ensure they can progress into their next opportunity when the time comes. The execution of Visual Merchandising in-store and ability to use your own discretion to make commercial decisions. Understanding of Stock Management processes and the ability to prioritise tasks. Previous experience coaching and providing on-the-spot feedback with your team.
