The Role : Deliver exceptional customer shopping experience Monitoring and upholding the Store's legal obligations under the Sales & Supply of Alcohol Act Optimise Store presentation, promotional display using innovative retail merchandise strategies Overseeing all aspects of cash handling, stock management, health& Safety and, staff training and development What We're Looking For? Previous experience working in a retail environment with proven track record in exceeding store KPIs A passion for delivering world class customer service and proven track record in building lasting rapport The ability to execute retail merchandise strategies with a unique and creative flair Strong communication skills with demonstrated experience in dealing with tough situations Commitment in continuous coaching and mentoring to help your team to become the best they can be What's in it for you?
