About the Role:
ECCO Merivale is looking for dedicated Retail Christmas Sales Associates with a drive to succeed and provide a premium shopping experience for our consumers over our annual peak sales period, selling shoes that practically sell themselves!
Tasks & Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional customer experiences in a premium fast-paced environment, uphold the quality of our brand, and achieve sales of shoes and related products.
Align with the Visual Merchandising plan and Mystery Shopper standards.
Process customer orders, returns and maintain inventory according to standards.
General housekeeping and store tidiness.
Must be available during our blackout periods: 20th-30th November + 11th December 2023 until 12th January 2024

Skills & Experience:
To be successful in this role you will:

Have previous retail sales or similar experience with persuasive communication skills.
Have demonstrated success in achieving KPIs and sales targets.
Have a commitment and professionalism to providing exceptional customer service as an ECCO brand ambassador.
Be a team player and natural people-person who thrives on building relationships.
Demonstrate a growth mindset in an exciting fast-paced work environment.
Be someone who LOVES product knowledge and training with a willingness to learn.
Have flexibility with your availability, including weekdays, weekends and public holidays.
