Job Description This job is open for St John internal members only.
Oversee the smooth operation of our Ferry Road Retail Store 9:45 -- 4:15 on Saturday, working 6 hours each week. Ideally you will also be available to cover for the Store Manager on other days of the week, if required.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
Supporting store managers in operations and achieving the shop's revenue targets
Sorting donations and restocking shelves
Maintaining store displays and cleanliness
Collaborating with the manager to price goods appropriately
Encouraging and supporting exceptional customer service
Qualifications Ko wai koe - About you:
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Experience in retail and interest in second-hand goods
Ability to lead and motivate volunteers
Customer focused with a "can-do" attitude
Organised with an eye for detail
Great interpersonal skills
