We have an opportunity for an energetic extraordinaire part-time sales assistant to join our Silverdale branch.

We provide complete training in product knowledge and sales.
The Role: Communicate effectively and contribute to the company's values and culture.Achieve personal sales targets through excellence in customer service.Contribute to the team by demonstrating a positive and happy attitude.Support your team members to achieve success.Process, clean, and merchandise jewellery and watches to the highest standard.Understand and execute back-of-house paperwork and procedures.Work hours: Friday 11:00 am to 6:00 pm and Saturday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (15.5 hrs per week).About you: Confident and enthusiastic.Have a passion for building morale, loyalty, and pride in the store.Actively promote the store through in-store merchandising, displays, and other activities.Possess initiative, a strong customer service focus, intelligence, punctuality, and reliability.In return: Full training in our exquisite product.Training and coaching in selling and customer service.Opportunity to earn a commission on top of your hourly rate.Benefits of belonging to a large group, from discounts to career progression.
