We're looking for a client success maestro to join our team as an Account Manager/Onboarding Specialist.Here's what you'll be doing:Be the Welcome Wagon (with Strategy):Run onboarding calls that don't just set up accounts—they set up success stories.Quickly and intuitively understand what makes each business tick, and provide tailored guidance to help them achieve their goals.Problem-Solver Meets Coach:Dive deep into client data to spot opportunities and resolve challenges before they even know they exist.Become the go-to expert on our platform, showing customers how Emerge isn't just a tool—it's the competitive edge their business has been waiting for.Stay in touch post-onboarding and be their trusted advisor for anything they need.Provide above-and-beyond support, turning first-time users into lifelong advocates.Efficiency Freak (in the Best Way):Work with our team to constantly streamline and innovate the onboarding journey so clients are up and running faster than ever.What Makes You a Fit:You're not just good with people—you're magnetic. Building trust and rapport comes naturally.You love digging into data to figure out what's working, what's not, and how to make it better.You have at least 2 years of experience in account management or client success. Bonus if you've worked with small businesses before.You're proactive, not reactive.
